Who Am I ?
My name is Michael A. Jones, and I am an award winning ACTOR, WRITER, SINGER, and PRODUCER. I have performed on stage and in films in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Washington, D.C.
I am the founder of STAGES for SUCCESS, which is an arts in education and production company. Book a residency with our Emotional Intelligence/ Emotional Healing workshops (SCROLL to the very bottom FOR INFO). For the company, I have written and produced several plays and films. I also facilitate Emotional Intelligence/ Drama Therapy workshops.
I am excited to announce that I have returned from Arkansas where I performed in the Broadway show Chicken and Biscuits! Stay tuned for what's up next.
I will leave you with the fact that I am a hot sauce chef. So many times, people have tasted my tangy, fruity sauce and prophesize that I will become rich from it.

Workshops!
After I was almost assaulted with a loaded weapon on the basketball court, I was compelled to do something about violence in our communities. I began Stages for Success. S4S is an Arts in Education organization which empowers students, staff and parents to examine constructive ways to deal with conflict, using emotional intelligence.
We do this through role play, theater games, and drama therapy techniques that not only give participants tools to help with working out conflict, but also help with team building through social and emotional competencies.
